Terms and Conditions For Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC. website (“Site”) and any coaching, programs, courses, memberships, community, events, digital products, resources, or other services offered by Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC. (“EWF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in our Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use, purchase, or participate in our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, purchasing or participating in any Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC. (“EWF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) coaching service, program, course, membership, community, event, digital product, resource, or other service (collectively, the “Services”), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.

Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC. is a Wyoming limited liability company. Our Services are provided online and may be purchased or accessed by participants located throughout the United States and internationally.

These Terms apply to all EWF Services, whether offered through our website, online community, third-party platforms, live virtual events, digital products, or other means, regardless of where you are located.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to access, purchase, or participate in EWF Services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use, purchase, or participate in our Services.

2. Services Offered

Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC. provides coaching services, courses, programs, community experiences, educational resources, events, and other personal-development services designed to support women in their personal lives and relationships.

Our Services may include, without limitation, private coaching, group coaching, online courses, memberships, community participation, live calls, workshops, digital resources, recordings, and future programs or services we may offer.

All Services are intended for informational, educational, coaching, and personal-development purposes only. EWF, LLC. does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and our Services are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical care, legal consultation, financial planning, or other professional services.

Participation in EWF coaching services, programs, community, courses, and resources does not guarantee any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors, including individual effort, circumstances, decisions, participation, and personal goals.

The guidance offered through EWF Services is based on general principles, education, coaching, and personal-development practices. EWF does not make personal decisions for participants or direct participants to take any particular personal, relationship, legal, financial, or other action.

Participants remain solely responsible for their own decisions, choices, actions, and circumstances.

If you are experiencing abuse, threats, coercion, or an immediate safety concern, EWF is not an emergency service. You are responsible for seeking appropriate emergency, legal, medical, or other professional assistance when necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EWF, LLC. is not liable for damages arising out of or related to your use of or participation in the Site, Services, coaching, programs, community, courses, events, or live calls.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Site and Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your login credentials, transfer your access, or allow another person to use your account unless expressly authorized by EWF in writing.

When participating in an EWF community, program, coaching container, event, or other Service, you agree to treat other participants and members with respect.

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, intimidate, impersonate, or discriminate against another participant;

Engage in unlawful activity;

Spam members or send unsolicited sales, promotional, recruiting, or solicitation messages;

Collect member names, email addresses, contact information, or other personal information for use outside the EWF community without permission;

Share, resell, republish, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit EWF courses, lessons, recordings, worksheets, templates, frameworks, or other proprietary materials;

Use EWF materials or member content to train, develop, test, or improve artificial-intelligence systems or models without EWF’s express written permission;

Record, screenshot, photograph, reproduce, or redistribute private discussions, coaching sessions, calls, or events without permission;

Share another participant’s personal story, identifying information, statements, screenshots, recordings, or private communications outside the community without that person’s permission;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, community, another person’s account, or EWF systems;

Upload malicious software or code;

Scrape, copy, download, or systematically collect community content using automated tools; or

Engage in conduct that EWF reasonably believes could harm other members, EWF, its team, or the integrity of the community.

Community Confidentiality

EWF is intended to provide a supportive environment where participants may share personal experiences.

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and to treat information shared by another participant in a private community space, coaching session, direct message, group call, or member-only event as confidential unless the person who shared it gives permission to disclose it.

You may discuss your own experiences outside the community, but you may not disclose another participant’s identity, personal story, statements, screenshots, recordings, or identifying information without that person’s permission.

EWF cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. You should use discretion when sharing sensitive or highly personal information.

Third-Party Platforms

EWF may use third-party platforms and service providers to deliver portions of our Services, including community platforms, payment processors, video platforms, email providers, scheduling services, and other technology providers.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. EWF is not responsible for outages, interruptions, data loss, or other issues caused by third-party platforms or services outside of EWF’s reasonable control.

EWF will not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to provide Services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet or technology failures, third-party platform outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees for EWF Services are clearly stated prior to purchase. Payments are due according to the payment terms presented at checkout or otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once a program, service, membership, or billing period has begun.

Payment Plans

If you purchase a Service using a payment plan, you agree to make all payments according to the payment schedule presented at the time of purchase. A payment plan is an agreement to pay for the Service according to the stated schedule and does not necessarily mean that you may cancel the remaining payments simply by discontinuing participation.

Recurring Memberships

If you purchase a recurring membership or subscription, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your saved payment method for each renewal at the then-current rate.

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access through that period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, EWF or its payment processor may retry the payment. EWF may suspend or terminate access to the applicable Service until payment is successfully received.

Price Changes

EWF may change prices for future purchases or future billing periods. For existing recurring memberships, we will provide reasonable notice before a new price applies.

Nothing in this Payment and Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory refund, cancellation, withdrawal, chargeback, or other consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your state, country, or other applicable jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created and provided by Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC., including text, graphics, logos, videos, courses, lessons, recordings, worksheets, workbooks, templates, frameworks, exercises, written materials, program content, and other resources, is the property of EWF, LLC. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase or participation in an EWF Service gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use EWF materials for your own personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, share, upload to another platform, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from EWF materials without prior written permission.

You may not give another person access to a program or course that you purchased, share your login credentials, or otherwise allow someone who has not purchased the applicable Service to access EWF materials.

You may not use EWF materials or proprietary frameworks to create, teach, market, or sell a competing product or service without prior written permission.

You may not use EWF materials to train, develop, test, or improve artificial-intelligence systems or models without EWF’s express written permission.

Participant Content

You retain ownership of original content, stories, comments, photographs, posts, messages, or other materials that you personally submit to EWF (“Participant Content”).

By submitting Participant Content, you grant EWF a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the applicable Services, including maintaining backups and existing event recordings.

EWF will not use your identifiable personal story, testimonial, photograph, video, or other identifiable content in external marketing without your permission, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Content submitted by other participants remains theirs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share another participant’s content outside the applicable EWF community or Service without that person’s permission.

6. Live Calls, Events, Recordings, and Transcripts

EWF may offer live coaching calls, workshops, classes, group sessions, or other events that may be recorded, transcribed, or otherwise captured.

By participating in a live event, coaching call, workshop, or group session, you acknowledge that the event may be recorded and/or transcribed and that your voice, image, comments, questions, chat messages, screen share, or other participation may appear in the recording or transcript.

If you do not want to appear in a recording, please keep your camera and microphone off and avoid identifying yourself through audio, video, or screen sharing, or notify EWF before the event.

You may not record, photograph, screenshot, reproduce, or distribute EWF live calls, coaching sessions, or events, or share recordings or portions of recordings with people who are not authorized participants, without EWF’s prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC., its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in any EWF Services.

Your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EWF’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site, Services, or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to EWF for the applicable Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC., its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms;

Your violation of another person’s rights;

Your content or conduct within the Services;

Your misuse of EWF materials or Services; or

Your interactions or disputes with other participants or third parties.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify EWF for claims arising from EWF’s own conduct to the extent such indemnification would not be permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

Operating EWF may require us to share information with service providers that help us provide our Services, including community platforms, payment processors, email providers, scheduling services, video platforms, and other technology providers.

10. Termination

Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Service if you:

Breach these Terms;

Violate applicable community guidelines or conduct standards;

Fail to make required payments;

Misuse or distribute EWF proprietary materials;

Engage in conduct that creates a significant risk to another participant, EWF, or its team; or

Otherwise misuse the Site or Services.

Where reasonably possible, EWF may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before terminating access. However, EWF may suspend or terminate access immediately when circumstances reasonably require it.

If your access is terminated, you must stop using and distributing EWF materials and may no longer access member-only content.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except where required by law or otherwise agreed by EWF in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

For material changes, we may provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site, within the applicable community, or by email.

Unless otherwise required by law, material changes will become effective thirty days after notice or upon your next renewal, whichever comes first.

Your continued use of the Site or Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Because EWF provides Services to participants throughout the United States and internationally, laws and consumer protections in the jurisdiction where you live may apply to your use or purchase of our Services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, or limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, waived, or limited under the laws applicable to you.

Before initiating a formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Every Woman Free - EWF, LLC. at hello@everywomanfree.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.

If the laws of your jurisdiction give you the right to bring a claim in another location or provide protections that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms.
